Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov of Uzbekistan Inspects Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's Uzbekistan?Navoiyazot?Green?Energy?Low?Carbon?Project

On January 5th, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov of Uzbekistan visited and provided guidance at the Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's "300MW Photovoltaic + 75MW Energy Storage" Uzbekistan Navoiyazot Green Energy Low Carbon Project. This project was the first key initiative inspected by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov at the beginning of the new year, fully highlighting the high recognition by the Uzbekistan government of its role as a benchmark project in the fields of green energy and energy conservation and carbon reduction.
At the project site, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov conducted an on-site inspection of the construction progress and attentively listened to the overall project report. He emphasized that the project at the Navoi Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant is a landmark achievement under the Belt and Road Initiative, deepening production capacity cooperation and coordinated energy development between China and Uzbekistan. It is not only a vital energy infrastructure for the Navoi region but also a crucial pillar for Uzbekistan in promoting energy structure diversification and implementing a green low-carbon development strategy.

He stressed that upon completion and operation, the project will inject robust green momentum into the stable operation of local industrial production and the improvement of people's livelihoods. It will significantly reduce traditional fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, playing a substantial positive role in optimizing the regional ecological environment and addressing climate change. He expressed his hope that Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited will complete the project with high standards and quality, and looked forward to the company's continued commitment to the Uzbekistani market. By leveraging high-quality projects as a bridge, he expects Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited to contribute even more to deepening practical cooperation between Chinese and Uzbek enterprises and achieving mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
On the same day, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov also inspected another energy-saving renovation project implemented by Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited in Uzbekistan. He highly praised Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited efficient execution capability demonstrated in the project's construction, which achieved "Signed, Supplied, Completed, and Operational all in the same year" He noted that the project has successfully established a model demonstration for industrial energy-saving renovations, providing valuable, replicable, and scalable experience for similar renovation projects in Uzbekistan.
During the inspection, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov emphasized his particular concern regarding Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's follow-up project planning and advancement in Uzbekistan. He explicitly instructed relevant Uzbek departments to thoroughly implement the directives from the Presidential Roundtable Meeting in December 2025, enhance coordination and collaboration, and make every effort to promote the implementation and effective realization of more energy-saving, environmental protection, and green energy projects in Uzbekistan.
Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov's inspection visit has laid a solid foundation for Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited to further develop the Uzbekistan market and expand its overseas development space. Looking ahead, Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited will further enhance its political stance, thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the work of central enterprises, and firmly practice the concept of green and low-carbon development.
